Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking an Operations Administrator to manage partner compliance, reviewing insurance and license documents and maintaining data in our Nitro system. The role ensures partners meet the company’s minimum standards before starting services and coordinates with internal teams for follow-ups.

The candidate will monitor licenses, insurance certificates, and related documentation, while supporting ongoing file audits and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated.
• Must have resourceful problem-solving abilities.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be familiar with navigating web-based platforms and search engines, with strong computer skills.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (phone calls, interviews, placements).

Responsibilities

• Ensures installation partners meet company minimum standards before service begins.
• Reviews onboarding packets and coordinates follow-ups.
• Ensures accuracy of Nitro profiles and documents.
• Ensures compliance with insurance, certificates, and licenses; issues suspensions as needed.
• Updates Nitro in real time to maintain data integrity.
• Audits installation partner files, insurance, and licenses.
• Sits at a desk and speaks on the phone for eight hours per day.
