Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Operations Administrator to ensure regulatory and insurance compliance for installation partners. You will review onboarding packets, verify Nitro profiles, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and licensing standards.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures onboarding partners meet minimum standards before providing services.
• Reviews onboarding packets and coordinates follow-ups with relevant parties.
• Ensures accuracy of installation partners' Nitro profiles and documents.
• Ensures compliance with insurance, certificates, and licenses; issues suspensions as needed.
• Updates Nitro in real time to maintain data integrity.
