Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Operations Administrator to ensure regulatory and insurance compliance of installation partners serving the company. You will manage onboarding, verify licenses and insurance, and keep Nitro profiles accurate.

Responsibilities

• Ensures prospective installation partners meet minimum standards before they begin providing services.
• Reviews onboarding packets and coordinates with relevant parties for follow-ups.
• Ensures accuracy of Nitro profiles and related documents.
• Monitors insurance requirements, certificates, licenses, and issues suspensions as needed.
• Updates Nitro in real time to reflect compliance steps.
• Audits installation partner files, insurance, and licenses.
• Must be able to sit at a desk and speak on the phone for eight hours per day.
• Other duties as assigned.
