Power Home Remodeling is seeking an Operations Administrator to manage regulatory and insurance compliance for installation partners. You will review onboarding packets, verify licenses and insurance, update Nitro, and maintain partner files with detail-oriented accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation partners meet minimum company standards before onboarding.
• Review onboarding packets and coordinate follow-ups.
• Verify Nitro profiles and partner documents for accuracy.
• Ensure insurance, certificates, and licenses are current; suspend as needed.
• Update Nitro in real time to maintain data integrity.
• Audit partner files, insurance, and licenses regularly.
• Sit at a desk and speak on the phone for eight hours daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
