Power Home Remodeling is seeking an Operations Administrator to manage compliance for installation partners. The role ensures regulatory and insurance requirements are reviewed, tracked, and kept up to date to support service delivery.

You will coordinate with teams, verify licenses and certificates, update Nitro profiles, and maintain accurate partner files. This exempt, office-based position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a culture focused on growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation partners meet minimum standards before starting services.
• Review onboarding packets and coordinate follow-ups.
• Verify Nitro profiles and accompanying documents.
• Ensure insurance, certificates, and licenses compliance; suspend as needed.
• Update Nitro in real time to maintain data integrity.
• Audit partners' files, insurance, and licenses regularly.
• Other duties as assigned.
