Location flexibility includes expansion markets such as Las Vegas and Reno. Candidates should have a portable book of business, first-chair litigation experience, and demonstrated client relationships.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Established portable book of business and a demonstrated record of client development and retention.
• First-chair litigation experience is highly valued for employment litigation candidates.
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience and strong client relationships are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice across a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and workplace matters and data privacy compliance.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while driving new business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives within targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture focused on responsiveness, excellence, collaboration, and client service.
