Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks entrepreneurial Partners and Practice Groups in Labor & Employment and Data Privacy to join a nationally recognized platform on a hybrid basis across multiple U.S. markets.

This is ideal for attorneys seeking autonomy and robust support to grow their practices. Ideal candidates bring an established portable book of business, strong client relationships, and a track record of practice expansion.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience practicing within a sophisticated law firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice while leveraging the resources of a nationally recognized platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and workplace‑related matters and data privacy compliance matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, collective bargaining issues, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while driving new business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives within targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture focused on responsiveness, excellence, collaboration, and client service.
