Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience practicing in a sophisticated law firm environment.
• An established portable book of business and a demonstrated record of client development and retention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice while leveraging a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and data privacy matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships and drive new business development.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and mentor junior lawyers.
