Harry Meyering Center, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional for partial sleep overnights in Minnesota. You’ll provide overnight support to individuals with disabilities, assist with routines, monitor wellness, and respond to emergencies as needed.
This is a full-time overnight position with 10:00 PM–8:00 AM shifts, 30–40 hours per week, at $15.00 per hour. You will work in clients’ homes and the community, building relationships that emphasize respect, dignity, and person-centered care.

As a Direct Support Professional – Partial Sleep Overnights at Harry Meyering Center, you’ll provide reassuring overnight support to individuals with disabilities, helping ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. You’ll assist with evening and nighttime routines, monitor wellness through the night, and step in when support is needed. This role includes designated sleep time for staff, with the opportunity to respond to emergencies or medical needs as they arise. You’ll work in individuals’ homes and within the community, building trusted relationships through respect, dignity, and person‑centered care.
Schedule: Full-time, 30 to 40 hours per week including every other weekend, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Wage: $15.00 per hour
