Direct Support Professionals at Harry Meyering Center provide essential care, supervision, and supportive living services to individuals residing in our group homes. DSPs uphold and promote person‑centered practices, ensuring each individual’s needs, goals, and preferences are respected and supported. This role involves working a variety of day, evening, or overnight shifts to help maintain consistent, awake coverage and provide a safe, stable, and supportive home environment.
