As a Caregiver (DSP) with Harry Meyering Center, you will provide hands-on support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Caregivers help people build independence, achieve personal goals, and participate in everyday home and community life through individualized, person-centered support. Team members work a combination of day, evening, and overnight shifts to provide reliable awake coverage while fostering a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment for those we serve.
Take advantage of a flexible work schedule with part-time and full-time opportunities ranging from 8 to 40 hours per week. Positions include every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), along with opportunities to pick up additional shifts and provide holiday coverage as needed. Work hours differ by location, offering a variety of scheduling options to help fit your availability.

Evening and Overnight shifts will receive a shift differential of an extra $2.00 per hour when working those shifts.
