Job summary

Think Together is seeking a part-time Program Leader to work in in-person settings across California, including Santa Maria area. You will supervise a group of 20–25 students, support learning activities, and uphold Think Together’s four core agreements: be safe, be respectful, be responsible, have fun.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to manage classrooms. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus; Live Scan is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• District-specific - 48 semester/60 quarter units or pass pre-employment test.
• Ability to speak and write Standard English in a public-school setting.
• Must pass Live Scan background check.
• TB test dated within the last 3 years.
• At least six months experience with groups of 10+ students.
• Advanced Math and English skills (K–8).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Bi-literate in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students in-person, maintaining high behavior and safety standards.
• Serve as a positive adult role model through dress, speech, and attitude.
• Create an engaging environment fostering belonging for students.
• Support students in making positive behavior choices and enforce discipline when needed.
• Identify student needs and communicate with Site Program Manager, teachers, admins and parents.
• Participate in staff development.
