Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with after-school or recreational activities preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development and classroom management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
• Willingness to pursue First Aid certification if not held.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure safety of youth in activities.
• Facilitate engaging after-school programs for groups of around 20.
• Provide mentorship and support to youth to reach their goals.
• Coordinate with parents and teachers as needed.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
