Boys & Girls Clubs Of Tampa Bay Inc is seeking a Senior Youth Development Professional for the St. Petersburg, FL area.

The part-time role supports planning and leading activities focused on belonging and opportunity through academic success, health and life skills development, and workforce readiness. The Senior YDP mentors Youth Development Professionals, performs clerical duties for membership records in My ClubHub, and ensures a safe, engaging environment with strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2-3 years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Clubs or similar organization preferred.
• Staff Member in Charge (SMIC) credentials or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and approved to drive by our insurance carrier (minimum age 21).
• Complete 40 hours of DCF training within one year of employment; CPR training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Model the mission, vision, values, objectives, policies, programs, and procedures of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay; and non-profit practices.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and team activities; support a productive work environment.
