Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support Club Leadership across gym, learning center, kitchen, and other areas, engaging youth through safe, age-appropriate activities. You will help maintain facilities, track attendance and behavior data, coach positive behavior, and partner with families and community partners to deliver BGCA core programs and HYLAs.

This on-site, part-time role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and DCYF STARS ID

Qualifications

• Knowledge of youth development principles and ability to motivate youth positively.
• Experience with non-profit youth services is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and professional presence; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaged presence to prepare youth for success while creating a safe and healthy Club environment.
• Maintain facilities, equipment & supplies, and ensure daily setup and cleanup.
• Assist with planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs.
