Job summary

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide focused wound care in partner facilities on a part-time basis. You will assess wounds, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families to improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document accurately using EMR, and adapt plans as residents progress, delivering high-quality care with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of employment.
Minimum of 1 year of wound care experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct wound assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner.
Educate patients and families on wound care, prevention, and management.
