Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team for a part-time wound care role. The practice focuses on delivering quality wound care to skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities, aiming to reduce hospitalizations and improve outcomes for residents.

As an NP with Integrated Wound Care, you will conduct wound assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 1 year of wound care experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records

Responsibilities

• Conduct wound assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
