• Ability to interact professionally with diplomacy, patience, and courtesy with diverse groups.
• Excellent oral and written communication to leadership, colleagues, employees, and families.
• Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions on sensitive issues.
• Must have active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Makes regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to interact with employees and build relationships of trust and friendship.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions and referrals to employees and immediate family members.
• May assist in planning and attending funerals, and provide post‑termination support as needed.
• Represents the ministry to clients and participates in new employee orientation.
