• Diplomacy, patience, and courtesy with diverse groups.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to document accurately.
• Computer skills: Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as messenger of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Interact with employees, their families, and the community with exemplary character.
• Make regular visits to company worksites to build relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Provide referral services and coordinate specialized assistance.
• Assist in planning funerals and provide post-termination care.
• Support notifications of death and serious injuries to families.
• Participate in new employee orientation to explain care service.
• Respond to duties requested by executive leadership within agreement.
