Job summary

Phipps is seeking a Workforce Outcomes Collection Specialist in New York, NY. This part-time, on-site role supports participant retention, employment outcome tracking, and data management across Workforce Sectoral Programs, collaborating closely with the Retention Coordinator and Workforce team.

Responsibilities include participant follow-up by phone, email, and in-person visits; employment verification; OMNY card and transportation stipend administration; and routine compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• Administrative support experience in human services or workforce development.
• Experience with data entry and records management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with participants via phone, email, text, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Travel locally to obtain employment verification documents.
• Assist with employment verification and maintain communication logs.
• Schedule retention appointments and identify participants needing additional support.
• Support retention efforts and alumni engagement activities.
• Submit OMNY card requests and distribute transportation stipends.
• Maintain supportive service tracking logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Retention Coordinator to resolve discrepancies.
• Enter participant outcomes into Salesforce and other required databases.
• Prepare routine compliance and outcome reports.
