Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promote programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pickup).
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code (Bass Pro Shops green or Cabela's tan shirt).
• Check in merchandise returns and vendor representatives; log visits.
• Inform customers about events and promotions; distribute promotional materials.
• Keep entryway and surrounding area clean, tidy and safe.
