The New York Historical Society in New York, NY is seeking a Visitor Services Supervisor (Part-Time) to oversee admissions, coat check, switchboard and call center. You will supervise 15–20 staff, train peers, and ensure smooth daily operations across the visitor services team.

Shifts are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with up to 24 hours weekly. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required; Tessitura experience is a plus, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer relations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of museum/arts supervisory or related retail experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and the MS Office suite.
• Experience with retail and database software; Tessitura is a plus.
