Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures and emergency preventive measures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, controlled manner and escalate as needed.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications per site requirements.
