Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift in Richmond, Virginia and ensure quality security service delivery. You will liaison with site leadership and officers to maintain safety and operations.

The role offers $21.00 per hour, Full Time status, and a standard Thursday–Sunday shift. Paid orientation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k are provided for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Able to read and understand operating procedures.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving history criteria.
• Background check and post‑offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize client site technology.
• Ability to handle both standard and crisis situations calmly.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within allowed empowerment range.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs as required.
