Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Danville, VA. This part-time role on Saturdays and Sundays provides leadership for security staff, coordinates service delivery, and ensures safety and quality across the shift.

You will liaise with site supervisors and account managers, coaching officers and maintaining clear reports, logs, and client communications to uphold service levels in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background checks and pre-employment drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and driving experience.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless client-site technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare and maintain written reports and logs for the shift.
• Maintain safety and customer service standards on site.
