Job summary

CVS Health MinuteClinic is seeking a part-time provider to deliver in-clinic primary and family care with optional virtual visits. This 20-25 hour-per-week role covers 2-3 days, including 3 weekends every six weeks, at Gulf Breeze, Davis, Cantonment, Pace, and Milton clinics.

Qualified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates will work with clinical teams to assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions, with emphasis on patient safety, compassionate care, and adherence to

Qualifications

• One year NP experience preferred; new graduates may be considered.
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license.
• Obtain multi-state licensure if required by business needs.
• Experience with in-person and virtual care delivery is a plus.
• Ability to order vaccines and provide preventive care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordinate care with other professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness services and disease management.
• Handle clinic operations: inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.
