Job summary

All Jobs is seeking a Concierge to manage multi-line phone coverage, greet residents and guests, and assist vendors with professional, courteous service. The role includes package distribution, visitor sign-in, and basic clerical tasks in a resident-focused community environment.

Shifts include a 10 AM–4 PM primary window, four days per week with rotating weekends, totaling 24 hours weekly at $16 per hour. Typical duties emphasize hospitality, safety, and accurate data entry within the community

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred with good English grammar.
• Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Must handle multiple routine tasks following specific instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going switchboard/telephone coverage.
• Serve as receptionist and greet guests, residents, vendors and service providers.
• Distribute packages and business mail.
• Maintain visitor sign-in logs.
• Monitor CCTV and fire alarm boards where applicable.
• Ensure security for entry points accessible to the public.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested.
• Prepare correspondence and other documents.
