Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors on entry.
• Develop relationships to provide personalized experiences.
• Schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals to local activities.
• Document and secure mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys/access cards.
