Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building and help clients achieve personal goals, including community activities outside the home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver with strong communication.
• Ability to follow individual care plans and work independently.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 caregiving in clients' homes.
