Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building activities, help recipients grow personal goals, and accompany them into the community to foster independence.

Positions available both full-time and part-time. Paid training, flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process are offered to help you thrive in a caring team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes.
• Support and encourage skill-building activities.
• Bring recipients into the community to grow personal goals.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
