Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and you may accompany recipients into the community to advance personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on flexible scheduling, paid training, and weekly pay. You must be patient, dependable, and able to follow care plans while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Assist recipients with daily living tasks and personal care as needed.
• Accompany recipients into the community to support personal goals.
