Job summary

ExpertCare is hiring caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement, and skill-building activities. You will also help bring recipients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

We value reliability, compassion, and strong communication. Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on creating a thriving team culture and meaningful impact for recipients and caregivers alike.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients.
• Encourage skill-building activities and community participation.
• Assist with daily living tasks as needed and follow care plans.
