Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building, assist with daily living activities, and accompany recipients on community outings to support personal goals outside the home.

We value compassion, patience, clear communication, and independence. Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible scheduling and paid training.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes to support daily living activities and skill-building.
• Assist recipients with personal care and daily routines as outlined in care plans.
• Involve clients in community activities to support goals outside the home.
