Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients in their homes, providing support, encouragement and helping with skill-building activities.

You will also accompany Recipients into the community to help grow personal goals outside the home. We offer full- and part-time positions with paid training and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to Recipients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities and skill-building tasks.
• Encourage participation in community outings to reach personal goals.
• Maintain safety and document care activities as required.
