You will execute merchandising directives, implement visual strategies, and uphold HEART values in daily operations, while collaborating with leadership to maintain floor sets and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with store leadership.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Ensure visual standards are upheld across the sales floor.
• Replenish styling floors and address sale sections as needed.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist on markdowns and re-merchandising.
