Job summary

EVEREVE Incorporated is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty by ensuring a well-merchandised, visually engaging, and brand-appropriate store environment.

You'll implement weekly merchandising directives, collaborate with store leadership, and uphold HEART values while supporting top-line growth through effective styling, floor sets, and customer-focused service. This role offers flexible hours and a 30% fashion discount.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving to benefit the brand and customer experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores.
• Creativity balanced with logic, organizational and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing.
• Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with store leadership and Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales, create brand consistency and improve customer experience.
• Ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day/week with the leadership team.
• Replenish styling floor in response to sell-through, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns and address the sale section.
