Job summary

EVEREVE in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty by delivering an exceptional customer experience through well-merchandised, brand-appropriate displays.

You will execute weekly directives with store leadership, implement visual strategies to boost top-line sales, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure floorsets meet the HEART values.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving to benefit brand and customer experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in stores.
• Creativity balanced with organizational and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising experience in women’s clothing.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Execute all weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to result in driving top line sales, create brand consistency and improve the overall customer experience.
• Works with the leadership team to ensure visual standards are being upheld throughout the day/week and is a team responsibility.
• Reacts to sell through and replenishes the styling floor focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partners with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor and address the sale section (expanding/condensing) as necessary.
