Job summary

EVEREVE, a fashion-forward retailer, is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty through exceptional customer experiences and visually engaging store environments.

You will implement weekly directives, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with leadership to keep the sales floor fresh and on-brand while supporting inventory and markdown activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style for store leadership and customers.
• Collaborative approach to work with strong problem-solving for the brand and customer.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in store environments.
• Creativity balanced with organizational and operational skills.
• Experience in visual merchandising for women’s clothing.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed and lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values in daily merchandising leadership.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with leadership.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Maintain visual standards as a team responsibility throughout shifts.
• Replenish styling floor and manage markdowns with Inventory team.
