Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty through exceptional customer experience and visually engaging merchandising aligned with brand standards.

You'll partner with store leadership to implement weekly directives, maintain visual standards, and support inventory and floor sets while delivering a welcoming, fashionable shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving
• Detail oriented with strong time management and multitasking
• Able to work independently in stores
• Creativity balanced with logic and organizational skills
• Visual merchandising experience specifically in women’s clothing
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values in daily operations.
• Execute weekly/monthly merchandising directives with leadership.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and consistency.
• Uphold visual standards with the leadership team.
• Replenish styling floor and manage floorset integrity.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist on markdowns and re-merchandising.
