Job summary

EVEREVE Incorporated is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty through a visually engaging, on-brand store environment. This role supports leadership to maintain brand-consistent merchandising and an exceptional customer experience.

You will execute directives, manage floor sets, and partner with inventory to optimize sell-through while upholding visual standards and the HEART values in daily store life.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution that is in the best interest of the brand and the customer experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Creativity balanced with logic, organizational and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing.
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values in daily operations.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with store leadership.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Maintain visual standards across the store with the leadership team.
• Replenish the styling floor and manage sell-through through effective merchandising.
• Coordinate with Inventory Specialist on markdowns and re-merchandising.
