EVEREVE seeks a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience through well-merchandised, brand-appropriate environments. You will partner with leadership to implement merchandising directives and maintain visual standards throughout the store.

Responsibilities include executing weekly plans, driving top-line sales, replenishment, and collaboration with inventory for markdowns.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style.
• Strong presentation and visual merchandising experience.
• Able to manage time and multitask in a retail environment.
• Capable of independent work in stores.
• Experience in women's clothing retail.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with store leadership and Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Ensure visual standards are upheld throughout day/week as a team responsibility.
• React to sell-through and replenish styling floors, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Coordinate with Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns and re-merchandise the floor as needed.
