Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty through well-merchandised, visually engaging, and brand-appropriate store environments. You will align with HEART values and collaborate with leadership to execute merchandising directives and maintain brand consistency.

The role focuses on elevating customer experience, supporting top line sales, and working as a team to uphold visual standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with time management and multitasking; ability to work independently.
• Creativity balanced with logic, organizational and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing.
• Must be able to climb a ladder.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with store leadership and Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top line sales, create brand consistency and improve the customer experience.
• Works with the leadership team to ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day/week.
• Reacts to sell through and replenishes the styling floor focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partners with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns and address the sale section as necessary.
