Job summary

LensCrafters is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in the Warrington area to deliver exceptional eyewear experiences. You will help patients select frames, discuss lens options, and take precise measurements, contributing to the store’s sales goals.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1+ years in retail or customer service, with strong communication skills and comfort using POS systems and basic math.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology with accuracy.
• Ability to sell through sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with measurements to find the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster relationships with peers and staff.
• Maintain store displays and inventory in a clean, attractive, organized state.
• Promote inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
