Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and lens coatings.
• Assists customers in frame selection and coordinates frames with measurements.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with the Optician as needed.
• Contributes to a positive store environment and maintains professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keeps displays and inventory neat, attractive and organized.
• Fosters an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
