Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a part-time Proctor to administer certification, assessment, and distance education exams in accordance with college policies and procedures. The role requires delivering proctoring services to Ivy Tech students and external test-takers, with flexibility to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide certification, assessment, and distance education exam administration.
• Complete required proctor and employee training and stay current with exam protocol changes.
• Provide proctoring services with in-person and virtual capabilities, including remote work when required.
• Maintain accurate records of all assessment services and report to college offices promptly.
• Coordinate with Health Sciences staff to schedule CNA/QMA testing and manage related tasks.
• Be prepared for regional travel to proctor exams during events.
