The role operates part-time, typically 12:15pm–4pm, Monday through Friday, with duties including ticket control, revenue handling, and coordinating bell services as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner using guests' last names when possible.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and facilities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests and issue/collect tickets and keys.
