Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant customer service experience, with cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, emails and voicemails, process various applications and paperwork, take fees or payments, and provide information as requested.
• Complete cashiering duties by receiving, receipting, and recording payments, balancing the cash drawer, and preparing the bank deposit.
• Maintain customer accounts, authorize credit extensions for past due accounts, verify payments and service status, and track work orders.
• Direct service orders and requests to appropriate departments and assist with mail sorting.
