Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Part-Time Universal Banker in Westfield, NJ. You will provide a full range of banking services to retail customers, handling transactions, deposits, and account openings while advising on products and services to meet customer needs.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work weekends. Training will be provided, with benefits including PTO, sick time, ESOP and 401k participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Accounting/Business/Finance preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process a broad range of banking transactions through online terminals.
• Open new deposit and checking accounts and explain products to customers.
• Cross-sell bank products and services and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with end-of-day procedures.
