Truist Bank is seeking a Service Associate to provide timely and accurate client transactions and maintain records while delivering high-quality service.

You will educate clients on digital banking, support sales through outbound calls, and assist Integrated Relationship Management to meet client needs. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

The role emphasizes compliance, risk awareness, and teamwork within Retail Banking.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales via outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies.
