Responsibilities include outbound outreach, identifying client needs, and collaborating with branch teams while adhering to controls and policies. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use PC and office software
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience by engaging clients during transactions and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales via outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
